Collection: Fresco

The Fresco collection is inspired by Islamic Art and decorative tiles with intricate patterns. Shailly's love for Islamic art began during her stay in Malaysia. She loved how Islamic art differs from that of other cultures in its form and the materials it uses as well as in its subject and meaning.

Her travels to middle eastern countries made her appreciate the colours, form and how art and science were combined to produce beautiful pieces of Art.  Art in Islam never lacked intellectualism even in its simplest forms, and this formed the basis and inspiration behind the Fresco Collection.
